Orders 📦
All orders are subject to product availability.
Orders can be placed online or in-store 🏬.
Modifications or cancellations must be done within 24 hours ⏰.
After 24 hours, orders are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Made-to-Order Products ✂️
Orders over PKR 15,000 require 50% advance payment.
Custom-made abayas must be fully prepaid.
Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping 🚚
Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Delivery time depends on your location 📍.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
Returns and Exchanges 🔁
Only accepted for manufacturing faults within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, tagged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.
Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable.
Exchanges are treated like a new order and may incur additional shipping charges.
Payment 💳
Prices include applicable taxes.
Accepted methods: Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard), EasyPaisa, and other approved methods.
Full payment required at the time of order.
International orders must be fully prepaid.
