Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges 🔄
✅ Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
❌ Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process 📦

Approval: Once approved ✅, you’ll get instructions on how to send the product back.
Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item 🔍, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days ⏳.
💳 Refunds will be issued either to your original payment method or as store credit.
Exchange Process 🔁
Exchanges depend on stock availability 📦✨.
If the desired item is unavailable, you can choose store credit or a refund.
Follow the same steps as the return process, but mention the item you want to exchange 🔄.
Shipping Costs 🚚
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item) ❗
For exchanges, shipping fees for the replacement item will apply.
