Refund Returns Policy

1. Returns:

  • You may return items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation with your return

2. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team at or +923184443429 to initiate the return or exchange process.
  • Provide your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Fees:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Sale Items:

  • Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.

8. Shipping policies:

  •  All items ordered are dispatched within 3-6 working days of cleared payments. Please allow delays during unforeseen events, busy seasons, and natural calamities.
  • Cash on delivery available all over Pakistan
  • Please make sure to provide us with the correct address, as Black Camels will not be held responsible for costs incurred or lost packages due to errors in address details.
  • On some occasions, if more than one order is made to the same delivery address and the first order is not shipped out, items may be packaged into one parcel. Similarly, there may be occasions where items in one order will be shipped out as more than one parcel.
