Return and Exchange Policy

At FashionSense.com.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate the Process: Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you can opt for store credit or a refund.
  • Follow the same steps as the return process, but specify the product you’d like to exchange.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • For exchanges, shipping fees for the replacement item will apply.
